Made to order

Every SmithCustomz original is built when you order it. We ship within 4 weeks of your order. Need a date, or need it sooner? Email zach@smithcustomz.com or text 1-815-200-9363 — expedited production is available on many items.

If we cannot ship by that date, we will email you before it passes with a new ship-by date, or a statement that we cannot set one, and a way to cancel for a full refund at our expense — reply to that email or text 1-815-200-9363. We will not treat silence as consent to an indefinite delay.

Rates (lower 48 states)

Under 110 lb: free shipping.
110–200 lb: $85 Heavy Item Shipping. Most adapters are in this tier.
200–300 lb: $170. 300–420 lb: $255. 420–530 lb: $340. Over 530 lb: $425.
LTL freight (select oversized items): $199.

How it ships

UPS Ground to your door — residential, farm, or jobsite. No loading dock, no liftgate, no freight quote. LTL items are delivered curbside and the carrier will contact you to schedule.

Processing

Orders ship Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. You will receive tracking by email when the label is created.

Damage in transit

Note visible damage with the driver if you can. Photograph the box and the part and contact us within 5 days of delivery for visible damage, or within 14 days for damage discovered on unpacking. We file the carrier claim and make it right.

Partner brands

Skid Steer Nation, TractorPrint, Carbon Offroad USA, and Ramptek items ship direct from the manufacturer. Ship time depends on the part and is shown on each product page; where no time is shown, the item ships within 30 days of your order. Their freight is calculated at checkout. If a ship-by date cannot be met, we send the same delay notice and free-cancellation option described above.

Outside the lower 48

Canada: $350 Economy International where offered at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, and everywhere else: contact us before ordering.
