Limited 6-Month Warranty

SmithCustomz, 325 E Lakeshore Dr, Edelstein, IL 61526, warrants to the original purchaser that each SmithCustomz-made product is free from defects in materials and workmanship in the welds and structural steel, under normal use for that product's intended purpose, for 6 months from the date of delivery. Intended purpose: adapters, weldments, and mount plates — lifting, carrying, digging, and grading with compatible non-impact attachments, and, where the product page states a rated capacity, within that rating; hitch receivers — towing and receiving a hitch, and, where the product page states a rated capacity, within that rating; mounting ears — attaching a compatible bucket or implement.

What we will do

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the part at our option. We pay freight both ways on a confirmed covered defect. If we ask you to ship the part for inspection and the claim is not covered, you pay that freight. Removal and reinstall labor are not covered. This is the exclusive remedy under this limited warranty.

What is not covered

  • Powder-coat finish. Chips and scratches are normal on working steel.
  • Wear, abuse, accident, or damage in use.
  • Modification, welding, drilling, or repair by anyone other than SmithCustomz.
  • Where the product page states a rated capacity, loading beyond that rating.
  • Prying, hammering, or use with breakers or other hydraulic impact tools.
  • Partner-brand items (Skid Steer Nation, TractorPrint, Carbon Offroad USA, Ramptek), which carry that manufacturer's warranty only.

How to make a claim

Email zach@smithcustomz.com or text 1-815-200-9363 with your order number, photos of the part, and a description of the failure. Mail: SmithCustomz, 325 E Lakeshore Dr, Edelstein, IL 61526. We will confirm receipt and, if covered, issue an RMA and shipping instructions. Keep the part until we say to ship it.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES, AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY, FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SMITHCUSTOMZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST TIME, LOST PROFITS, OR RENTAL OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
