Which Mount Do I Have? Mini Skid Steer Mount Guide
Look at the picture, not the badge.
Mini skid steer mounts get called half a dozen different names, which is why the wrong attachment shows up on so many job sites. Find yours below. If you're not sure, send us a photo and we'll tell you — free, same day.
Which of these looks like your machine's mount?
Most mini / stand-on machines

Read this bit
Bobcat's own MT plate is not the mini universal
mount, so Toro/Dingo-style attachments need an adapter to go on one. But check before you
order: Bobcat also sells these same models with a mini-universal plate from the factory, so an
MT85 can be either. The model number doesn't tell you the mount — the picture does.
Send us a photo and we'll confirm it free.

What we don't build — and what won't fit
We'd rather tell you now than sell you the wrong part.- Kanga and Prodigy — we don't build adapters for these. Prodigy doesn't use the mini universal mount. Kanga is model-dependent: older machines are pin-on, some newer ones have a universal option, and suppliers disagree about which is which — so send a photo rather than going by the badge.
- Excavator quick couplers — apart from our Kubota KX mounting ears, we don't build excavator coupler conversions.
- Imported stand-on loaders — most are cut close to the mini universal pattern, but they come out of a handful of factories under many different badges and tolerances vary between batches. We've seen the same brand come both ways, so we won't promise a fit from the name on the machine. Send a photo and we'll tell you straight.
- Oversized attachments on small machines — a full-size trencher will bolt to a mini through an adapter and still be a bad idea. We'll say so if you ask.
- Plate drawings and dimensions — we don't publish those. The pictures above are enough to work out what you need, and we'll confirm your fit for free.
Not sure? Send a photo. That's the whole process.
Text or email a picture of the coupler on your machine — straight on, close enough to see the levers — and we'll tell you which mount you have and what fits it, same day, no obligation. We build to order in Edelstein, Illinois. If you need something that isn't on this page, ask.
And if you send us a clear shot of your bare coupler, we'd like to put it on this page so the next person can recognise theirs. We'll ask first.
Know your mount already? Use the adapter finder to see every part we build for it.
