Bobcat MT100 Attachments and Adapters
The Bobcat MT100 is the largest of Bobcat's MT-series mini track loaders, and that changes which attachment strategy makes sense. On the smaller MT machines an adapter is mostly about access to a bigger catalogue. On the MT100 it is also about using the machine's capability — it is the model in the range most worth pointing at full-size skid steer attachments.
Like the rest of the MT line, the MT100 uses Bobcat's proprietary MT-style mount rather than the mini-universal mount most attachments are built for, so there is not much made specifically for it. An adapter fixes that permanently.
Adapters for the MT100
The full-size adapter is listed first here deliberately: standard skid steer attachments are the largest and cheapest pool of equipment available, including used and ex-rental, and the MT100 is the MT machine best suited to running them. The Toro Dingo / CII adapter is the choice if you want the mini universal range instead — typically lighter, purpose-built mini implements.
Whichever you pick, match the attachment and the load to your machine's rated lift capacity rather than to the adapter. An adapter moves the load further forward, which affects how it sits.

The raw Bobcat MT mount plate is the usual answer for anyone searching for an MT100 mounting plate or attachment plate: it comes with the MT mount geometry cut and formed in 1/4" steel, ready for you to weld your own attachment to. Volume pricing applies at five or more.
Before you buy: check your mount, not your model number
This is the single most common mistake on Bobcat minis. Some newer Bobcat mini loaders can be ordered from the factory with a mini-universal (Toro Dingo-style) plate instead of the Bobcat MT mount. Two machines with the same badge on the side can therefore take completely different attachments. The model number does not settle it — the plate on the front of the machine does.
